Hello!
Please tell me that my parcel :(
For 14 days, the parcel is in export, although I paid for air mail!
On the website the last china post status "null"
As soon as my parcel will reach the destination and reach there at all? :(

RO158865269RU is Russia Post tracking number. You ship the goods to China?

China Post has not received the parcel yet. It should be still in Russia.

But what does "Null"mean?
I read that it means that the parcel arrived at the sorting center of China . hmmm

You can not contact China Post if you are outside China.

If you are in China and can speak Chinese. You can try to call 11185. But right now your parcel has not arrived China, call 11185 is useless at this moment.
