Tracking number: EE950595094CN

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I ordered a package to Canada, most recent results:

2014/01/21 --- 23:01 ---- CNSZXD,China --- International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
19:32 --- 518047,China --- International item mailed in originating country

I'm wondering how much longer it will take? I ordered expedited shipping through EMS and Canadapost has not yet received it....will i have to wait after February 7th? I thought it was in transit on Jan 21st??

normally it should reach Vancouver within 10 days after the parcel left China. If over 10 days, you should open a dispute.

As in 10 business days? Also how could I open dispute?
