Hi !
My order has been stuck on Despatch from sorting center for 10 days now.
is this a normal thing or has something gone wrong in this case?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no= LL301290934CN shows the parcel was shipped from Guangzhou to Saudi on May 17.

Your parcel should be in some middle location between China and Saudi(possible airport in Guangzhou or customs warehouse in Saudi). You can not know exact location at this moment.

Normally parcel will keep travel another 10 to 20 days to arrive Saudi and pass Saudi customs. After Saudi customs gives the parcel to Saudi Post, you will see new status in Saudi Post website.

Everything looks normal, please wait some more time.
