Post Epacket stuck in Shanghai?

So I've had these 2 packages stuck in Shanghai since January 2nd. I've recieved others that went through shanghai as late as the 12th.

Are these packages gone forever?

LS430187115CN

Any help would be great, thank you.

now is still in normal time frame. wait one more week, they should arrive.
