I made an EBay purchase on Dec. 9 that was shipped via epacket with tracking number LK103581656CN. The last activity shown was "processed through facility" in Xiamen on Dec 9. Since then, no further events in tracking history, the package has not arrived, and US Postal Service is showing only that origin is preparing shipment. Can you tell me the status? Seller claimed shipping times of 12-15 days. It has now been 23 days with no apparent activity. Thanks for your help.

2016-12-09 00: 00: 00.0 16:54:00 Xiamen Branch Jimei International Lan
2016-12-09 00: 00: 00.0 17:08:06 Xiamen Branch Jimei International Investment Department to leave the processing center
2016-12-09 00: 00: 00.0 18:45:05 Xiamen City to leave the processing center, sent to USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. In normal condition E Packet can take up to 3 weeks to be deliver. Right now it's not normal condition because of the Holiday Season, so mail is slow down.

3. Just keep tracking your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
