good morning everyone,
i was wondering whether anyone had faced any issues similar to mine, i ordered a package, tracking #LX279442144CN and it was sent through ems and is being sent to the united kingdom, it has been 18 days and it seems that package still has not left china and the tracking keeps repeating, please help me

LX279442144CN seems to have some problem to pass customs scan in Guangzhou. not sure the reason. If you can not get the parcel by next weekend, you should open dispute.
