Post EMS shipping to china 3 months stuck in customs, need help

Hi everyone,

I have a problem related to goods shipping to china and really need you guys advises.
My tracking : #EW902280166IT
I sent my goods to china via EMS and arrived Beijing in Jan,2019. And it was hold in Beijing around 3 months due to custom. Now i want to return it back to my country (in Italy), and i already received the message to login and make return process on ems-cnpl website.

But i can not do the login after that, do anyone have any advise for this return process. or what should i do is better now.
