Hello,

I have a package waiting in China. He was sent by Igogo 16 December 2014.

Since it is blocked in China in Guangzhou. Could you help because the sender does not tell me why it is blocked and I wonder when it will be released and when I can expect to receive it?

Here is my parcel number EMS EA053513585CN

I do not even less English and Chinese and so I can not speak contact them by phone for information .

To write to you , I use a translator ...

EA053513585CN was returned to shipper. you can not get the goods.

Igogo told me he arranged a new delivery with EMS ... it is not true!

You work at EMS ? Can you help me make myself understood by the sender ?

I can only tell you the parcel was returned. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/paypal, you should open dispute and claim refund asap.

Hello, I just opened the dispute with PayPal. Thank you for your help.

You have not answered me ... are you working at EMS ? Could you why this package was blocked by Chinese customs and why he was sent back to the sender ?
