Post ems lost my package? number never worked?

The seller said that ems China lost my package.

The tracking code never worked from day one.
I'm confused. If they lost the package wouldn't the tracking number say something rather than just not valid?

EA114724072CN is fake number, your seller never shipped anything to you. open dispute and claim refund.
