AG910048722CN this parcel is taking longer than usual to reach me. It usually takes just over a week to be delivered. other items i've ordered a week before this have all arrived via chinapost. Is this package lost?

the parcel is still in zhengzhou customs. wait 2 more weeks, if still does not change location, you need open dispute for lost parcel.
