Hello,

I have send a package on 17th October.
And there is no tracking update since 18th October.

EA219305543CN

On EMS website the status is :

Your item was received by sorting center(JiangSuShengSuZhouShi 21504500) at 2016-10-18 00:06:00

Timing Site Status

Here the status is said "On route"

I called EMS and they first told me that the package left China.

I called again today and they told me that since August at Pudong airport there can be huge delays with packages pilling up.
And that my package passed the customs and it's now waiting to be sent out to France.

What should i make of it?

1. I would not be surprise of the back log of parcel, but your parcel is not an ordinary parcel it's Express, so it should go on the fast lane.

2. Maybe somebody did not realized that and now their might possibly taking care of the parcel.

3. All the tracking you provided are the same that I track for the parcel.
