Hi China Post

Could you please help me explain what does happen to my package, tracking number EE193395133ID. Status says unsuccesfull delivery, attempt delivery.

I have called recipient and he said that he will contact China post.

What is the latest status now?

China Post database shows the address is wrong and can not be delivered. recipient has not pickup the parcel yet.

There is phone number on the recipient address right? Has China post tried to call the recipient?

unfortunately china post will not call recipient. recipient should call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel.

Are you sure that this address below is wrong address? This is what I got from recipient.

English address can not guarantee deliverable in China. Actually, More than 50% English address can not be delivered as most China Post delivery man does not understand English.

So if you did not write address in Chinese, that is a very very big problem.

Ok thanks for your explanation.

My suggestion, China Post has to overcome this languange problem. We are not Chinese, we dont speak Chinese.

For example, China Post may have to add a translator division to overcome this.
