Can you send me an email stating what you are writing in this chat? That the seller did not make customs clearance. Aliexpress is no helping. I have to try to get chargeback from my credit card and your email should be good as proof

Ciao ,questo è un forum di aiuto e non è CinaPost ufficiale ,qua ti vengono dati solo aiuti sul monitoraggio delle spedizioni.
Ma tu ad Aliexpress hai dato i dati del tracciamento e la copia della ricevuta della spedizione ?

Marcello, Aliexpress, because of my daily gentle requests, banned me for a while so that I couldn't chat with the live helpdesk for a while.
Their "expert team" keep saying that the tracking doesn't show the delivery and so I can't have the refund.
They say that i have to negotiate directly with the seller, that he has to confirm he got the goods in good condition to be refunded.
Obviously the bad seller has no interest in making customs clearance an paying extra duties for a 1000 euros good, he prefers to keep my money in his pocket and leave me in the shit, without money and goods.
I am starting a credit card chargeback but it will take months to get money... if i will
Do you have any advice?
