Hi there,
I sent a faulty car radio back to an aliexpress seller to get a refund.
Tracking is EB033936063IT.
The last tracking info is dated on 26 November 2020.
Is it normal?
Can you give me some more infos?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB033936063IT shows the parcel arrived Shenzhen customs on Nov 26. But receiver does not make customs clearance . You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185, make customs clearance, pay duty, then China Post will make delivery.

Ok, I will tell him. But I think he doesn't want to pay duties and won't do any clearence. He already has my money in his pockets and aliexpress wants the prove he got the packet to give me my money back. What happens if he doesn't make customs clearance? Car radio value is 1000 euros. Please help.

you need escalate the dispute to Aliexpress. Just tell aliexpress that the goods has arrived China customs but receiver does not make customs clearance. you will get refund in this case.

What happens if the seller doesn't make customs clearance?
Is there another way to get the goods to him?

If your seller does not make customs clearance, China Post can not deliver anything to him.

If this is a return for refund, actually you can escalate the dispute to paypal/aliexpress to get your money now. Just tell them that your return parcel has arrived China customs but seller does not want to clear the customs. Normally you will get your refund.
