I’ve been tracking my package for a week already and gthe last update was on March 30 and it’s still in China. The courier is EMS and the package is bound to go to the Philippines.

My package doesn’t seem to be moving at all. Is my package stuck in China? How many days should I wait before it reach Philippines? Is the parcel moving but the tracking is just not updating?

Kindly help! Thank you!

you need wait extra one or two more weeks. EMS to Philippines is slow. The problem is not in China side, it is in Philippines customs processing speed.

But it’s still not in the Philippines so the Philippines customs still haven’t examine the parcel. But it will be delivered in the Philippines 100% right?

as I mentioned before , we can not sure if it is 100% in Philippines now. but base on our experience, more than 80% chance it is in philippines now.
