Where is my parcel and why there's not update yet for 4-5 days already?

Kindly help me about this and I want to know how many days will it take to reach the destination of my parcel which is Philippines?

EA384693032CN is waiting for flight space in Suzhou. Normally it should arrive Philippines in one or two weeks.

Remember, Philippines Post does not make delivery, you need keep track the parcel arrival info in Philippines Post website. Once it arrives Philippines, you need go to your local post office to pickup the parcel, some duty might need to pay.

After Suzhou it will go next in the Philippines? And one or two weeks does it count the past few days the item was received by the consignment? Meaning it's past 1 week already if I'm not mistaken? Kindly enlighten me about this.

After suzhou, you can not know where is next station, it can be Shanghai, Guangzhou,Xiamen etc. It will take another one or two weeks from now to Philippines.

Why Shanghai again? The parcel already went to Shanghai then went back to Suzhou again on march 29 and 30.

no need care too much about shanghai or suzhou. sometimes the parcel has no airline space, then it was returned back to suzhou waiting for other airport's shipping space.
