Hi,

I have been waiting a while for this parcel to Australia, it shows that it's still in GuangDong Sheng Guang and it has never left.
EMS china is saying that is in Australia but Australia post said it's never left china with no scans showing it has arrived.
How do i lodge an investigation with China EMS post?

EA176180441CN is still in Guangzhou. Probably it will arrive Australia in one week.

Receiver can not start investigation, only shipper can do it. As your parcel is still in normal time frame(EMS can take up to 3 weeks to reach Australia), I suggest you wait another one or two weeks. If you can not get it by end of April, then open dispute to seller to claim refund. If seller can not get delivery proof from China Post, you will get refund automatically.
