Atention!

We can't received the package, because the description was in Mandarin language.

The parcel was received for you on 30 August, the last week.

Is necessary for the liberation the packet in ours Post is "all documents must in english language, inclusive the INVOICE".

When do you will send again the package?

Kindly explain me in this regard.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=EA091876157CN shows the parcel was returned by Brazil Post to China. You can not get the goods anymore. Open dispute and claim refund from seller.
