I haven't got new tracking information since 30.11.2014. Does it mean that parcel is lost ? Can you help me ? the tracking number is LN550280911CN . The Seller has prolonged Purchase Protection twice . What to do ? Can i ask him resend the same thing again?

LN550280911CN should be delayed in hangzhou. wait one more week, it not arrive, you should open dispute to aliexpress.

Hello, according to China Post my parcel CP305355817CN returned back to Shenzen.
Could anyone help me what to do, whom to ask what is wrong. Seller not reachable at the moment.

I have parcel CP297798538CN where China Post claims it's still at Collection, Seller on the other side claims it's in my country.
