Dear Employee,

A parcel that was send to me was held in customs for too long and was possibly send back, lost or is still there.

This is the current Tracking information of the parcel:

I have called with the postal service of the Netherlands and they can neither give me a track&trace of the return sending. They then requested a contact with the sender postal service to initiate a investigation, as they have a agreement (and therefore a responsibility to you) and not to me.

EV833150733CN is an invalid number. China post does not have its record. it should be lost.
