Post Delivery failed more than once!!!!

Hi my delivery was supposed to be shipped with one of my items that I bought at the same time as the order number/tracking number LY744544668CN but it kept saying delivery failed for it but my other item is in the u.s Help please that would be great it’s been a month since I ordered it and it’s a birthday present

USPS.com shows the parcel arrived SEARCY, AR 72143 on Oct 11. It never left there. it should be lost by USPS.

You should call USPS for delivery detail.
