Can you please advise where the following 2 orders are as they were due on the 20th and 23rd respectively, however, I've had no update to the system since the 3rd and 4th of December.

1. LZ516910317CN
2. UBY8802619015123

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php shows both parcels were shipped by seller on Dec 3 and 4. They are still in China. You can not see new update until they arrives Australia.
