Good morning, please help me to tracking this parcel tracking # RR860836486CN. I haven't had any updated of the parcel from July 8 and it sais : HANGZHOU Depattures for over 2 weeks. My question is the parcel is delayed(still on the way) or it lost? Very appreciate for your help!

you need some patient. status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is quite normal, no need panic
