The status of my package with the tracking number CY589860585DE has not changed in the tracking system for 23 days.

May I know the reason for delay and when would it arrive approximately? Thank you!

CY589860585DE arrived in Hefei on Nov 6. It is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance.

please call local China Post hotline 11183 and ask them to guide you making customs clearance. You can also go to China Post Hefei office to get help in person.
