Tracking: EL509344608JP

Hello, I have sent an item from Japan to a warehouse in China, but the warehouse staff just told me that they don't deal with post offices, after I told them that the tracking says it is waiting for a recipient to declare to customs.

Is there anyway to contact China Post (EMS) myself? If not, How long will it sit there until it is returned to Japan? What happens when it's returned?

if you have any Chinese friend who has a China Mobile phone and a wechat payment account, he can go to http://ghzx.gdems.com/ghzx/common/index.jsp and make customs clearance for you.

If you nobody make customs clearance. Parcel will be returned to Japan. Normally return will take 2 to 6 months to reach Japan.

Sorry, I forgot to ask. If no one pays for it, will it be automatically returned or will it get destroyed?

if none pay the customs duty, it will be returned to Japan in 2 to 6 months.
