Hi no one seems to be helping me and I would greatly appreciate if someone would. I have received several tracking numbers and they're supposed to go through ems. But whenever I go to track them it says that their is no tracking information for the shipment or or overdue tracking. Please help! :(

if your parcel was shipped by EMS, you can track it in following page:
http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php

if no result shows up, that means the tracking number is fake. you should report fraud to paypal or aliexpress.

Hello, I would like to know, what's going on whit my box,
I send it from Shanghai to France the code is CP28398873CN, and in the website the status says Export Custom Scan since September 10. And I can't go directly to the poss office coz few days after I send it I move to live in Taipei, there's any reply about it. And what can I do, maybe if still in China coz something was wrong, I can pay again to resend it?

CP28398873CN is surface parcel for heavy item. it goes through sea and very very slow. sometimes it will take up to 4 months to arrive.

Thanks for the reply.
I also send one to mexico and that one arrived already. There's anyway for me to know if the parcel pass the custom scan successfully? Is on the way to France now?

And i just wanna know where is the par el right now, i try yo contacto the china post office un Shanghai and the only thing they say for everything is they don't know, where is, they don't give me any replay.
