Dear Admin,

I have ordered an item from china which was shipped through china post. the tracking number is RJ534153865CN. Can you please let me know if the item is in Saudi Arabia and ready to be picked up.

thttp://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel arrived Saudi on July 22. you should contact Saudi Post to find the parcel. if saudi post can not find the parcel, it means the parcel is lost and you should open dispute to seller.
