Post China post status freezing for 10 days

Hello the status of my package has been stuck on -【 Guangzhou互换局】Export customs cleared for 10 days the tracking number is: RS223177960CN

Any help is welcome, thank you

2. So basically your parcel is On Route to your country Netherlands, normally for European country it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

1. When I see this type of tracking:
2016-09-02 17:06
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

2. Most definitely the parcel will leave China, has it really left China by now I would assume so, it's been 10 days now. Can I be sure at 100% it's left China, the answer is no because we don't have a flight number.
