I am writing in regards to the goods i purchased from China, i asked the seller to ship via EMS to Pakistan but he sent through China post group, its almost 2 months now and there is no information about the parcel, the tracking number is CP328389561CN which shows following:

Destination Country - Tracking Consuming: 2789 ms
2017-02-13 14:02 BEIJING, insert item into bag in origin country

Origin Country - Tracking Consuming: 10185 ms
2017-02-13 21:59 Beijing airport and left
2017-02-13 21:59 Beijing airport terminal, left hand navigation
2017-02-13 21:52 Beijing airport terminal, arrival
2017-02-13 14:02 Exchange Bureau in Beijing, has been exported
2017-02-13 10:07 Exchange Bureau in Beijing, have been exported to open
2017-02-10 14:00 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to each other (internal transit)
2017-02-09 23:43 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open

I contacted my local post office and they said that they do not have any information about the parcel, if it arrives in Pakistan it will show a scan online.

I'm very upset about the goods, we regularly receive parcels from through out the world but never had such issues, i am attaching a picture of the receipt that seller provided me:

One thing i noticed in the receipt, the seller mentioned quantity as "1" whereas the parcel includes 25pcs of the items, could this be an issue causing the delay? Or does the tracking shows it already cleared the customs?

CP328389561CN is surface parcel which goes through sea and very slow. max arrival time can be 6 months.

The receipt shows it is by air?
