Good morning , I have this tracking number RU770035717UN. I ordered my
goods since 6th of August 2015 till date I havent received
any delivery .I sent a mail to my seller sometime ago and he said the goods
may have been delayed because of the custom system
in my country. This is over 90days and now my seller doesn't
respond to my messages anymore .Have mailed him severally no response, no reply.
This is very disappointing and untrusting. I have tried to open
dispute but the portal tells me to contact my seller. Please guide
me on what to do. Thanks and God bless.

RU770035717UN is not china post tracking number. I believe your seller is a cheater. If your buyer protection is still valid, open dispute for refund asap. I don't think contacting your seller can get any result.
