Post China post air parcel vs China Post Registered Air Mail

Hey

I got an item from aliexpress and paid around 6$ for shipping by China Post Registered Air Mail and the seller shipped it today by china post air parcel to Lebanon. so what's the difference between them? I read that maybe one can be tracked all the way and the other can't so is that true?

and are they usually same price and speed or the seller shipped by air parcel because cheaper???

China Post register airmail is one category of China Post Airmail. Another category of China Post Airmail is China Post ordinary airmail.
Register Mail has tracking number in RR123456789CN format.
Register Mail has no tracking number(some has a pure numeric tracking number like 123456789) and can not track much information.

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

2. With the above reading and the tracking number that you got from the seller, maybe you will understand the difference in mailing a parcel.

here is my tracking number RS258630221CN I just want to know if the price of air parcel and registered mail is the same or not. and also if the speed differs

1. Different time, because Register parcel has to be scan all the way to your country, other normal mail not registered from China does not have to be scan or have limited scan to them. Plus the fact that Register mail is safer because you will have to sign for the parcel.

2. So technically registered mail will normally take a bit longer. But earlier I gave you the Estimated arrival time for your country, that should be for Registered Air Mail.

3. Is there a particular reason you are asking all those questions about Air Mail and Register Air Mail. Is it because you paid 6$ for shipping! If it's a small parcel, you paid to much. If it's a large parcel it might be OK.

And yeah I am asking because I paid for the shipping. it's a small jacket not so heavy or thick.

I usually don't care so much when the shipping is free but when I pay, many times the sellers try to rip you off and ship with a cheaper method like slower or no tracking so I wanna know my rights and if the seller is trying to rip me off or not., and TBH it's the first time I get an item by china post air parcel. I ordered hundreds of items but all were registered mail mainly

1. Most register mail is by air except maybe the CP numbers which is register surface mail. And most of the parcel sent outside of China like maybe 95% of what we are ordering is always sent by Air.

2. Even the cheapest mail like China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is 30 to 60 days delivery is sent by Air.
