I am after find out domestic postage rates for China Mainland. We are looking to post between 20,000 to 50,000 catalogues from Shanghai, China. Weight between 30g and 500 grams. These will be posted to other Chinese domestic cities as well as regional China cities.
I have view the following website which seems to give me the information, however am looking for someone who speaks Mandarin to confirm:

Am I correct to read that it would cost in Yuan:
for 100 gram catalogue: $.80 to Shanghai, $1.20 to other regional cities?
for 300 gram catalogue: $1.20 to Shanghai, $2.00 to other regional cities?

Does the General Handling Charges at $1.00 or $3.00 apply - do I have to add to the above?
