1. You should have provide the tracking number. Maybe the parcel does no belong to you.

2. You should contact seller and make sure this is your parcel.

1. Please provide the tracking number so I can check on one tracking site.

2. And no this is not normal every ISC in USA have their own area of responsibility. You can not send a parcel at JFK if you live on the West Coast etc...

3. China Post is aware of where each parcel should be going.
