1. I would not be surprise if the parcel is already in Canada in the Vancouver Inbound Mail waiting to be inspected by the Canadian Customs Office.

2. Normally E Packet should be taking between 6 to 12 working days to be deliver. Your parcel has been on the road for 8 days now. Also take into consideration about the Canada Post employee's not having a contract signed with Canada Post. Also that most parcel coming from China is landing in Vancouver area.

Was that parcel sent E Packet also, was it sent via China Post registered mail or via China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus.

4. May I suggest you read this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

Hope this help.

1. Technically the 12 days end on the 29 Aug, but please remember this is only an estimate. Also in those 6 to 12 working days you have to exclude the time spent at the Customs Offices.

2. If you read carefully the above:
What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

You would have notice this:
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

This is China Post ePacket parcel. It is almost as faster as EMS and only a little bit more expensive than airmail.
However, ePacket service is only available to limited countries such as USA, Canada, Australia,UK etc.

3. A week or 2 ago there was a Canadian that his E Packet was stuck in Vancouver for 3 full weeks before it was release from Customs and given to Canada Post.

4. You just need to be patient and track your parcel.

Hope this help.
