Post CHANGING delivery method after item has shipped

My tracking number on the China Post receipt is RR714377309CN. My friend shipped this parcel on July 14, 2017 from Shanghai to USA. The problem is he picked the SLOWEST shipping method that's quoted to take 4 weeks to arrive, but I need it MUCH faster. Any way to change the shipping method to air by paying extra. Please HELP!!! :(

unfortunately you can not change shipping method after parcel is shipped.
