Post certificates are lost

Hello,

I had to receive 2 certificates at the following address:

INNA SHAIMUKHOMETOVA, ROOM21B207, No.11 CIHU ROAD, INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF HUBEI NORMAL UNIVERSITY, HUANGSHI CITY,HUBEI PROVINCE, CHINA, 435002

中国湖北省黄石市黄石港区磁湖路11号湖北师范学院国际学院21B207, 435002

The first certificate is listed as arriving in China on June 8th and Another one on June 16th by Thailand Post.
This is the tracking number for The first certificate: RR145678801TH
The second is RR145679376TH.

Could you please advise me whether my certificates have been delivered to Huangshi and if so how I can contact Huangshi Post Office.

RR145678801TH was delivered by 团城山投递站 on Jun 13. I believer your school reception should have collected the mail for you.

RR145679376TH is invalid number.
