Hi everyone
My parcel from Turkey to China tracking code is RR179478720TR
And the information on the system is as you see below.
It says delivered but however my girlfriend said she has not received the cargo or a phonecall-an sms code yet. Parcel went to China from Turkey in 6 days but in Beijing its still not delivered in 6 days. Is this normal, could anyone help? Thanks for your efforts

I know sir, but it wasnt delivered to my girlfriend yet. She says she needs an sms code or a phonecall from chinapost to receive it. By saying receiving, i mean she told me that people go and take the cargo from the street by saying the sms code to the postman who is waiting there on the street to deliver the posts. How long do you think it will take more, thank you so much for your reply.

I've ever heard about Chinapost can send you a sms or call you, sorry.

this picture is from beijing. i guess system is like this but its been 6 days they delivered but no call or sms
