Hello, I can't track my order RK276754576CN
It says it hasn't been added to china post database
But on my order page on aliexpress it reads:
2015.10.28 16:46 (GMT-7): Collection

So my question is: why can't I track my order?

Leave the "Nanjing aviation" aircraft Italy 2015-10-31 06:23:45.0

No news since, and it's been five days!
What happened? Is it normal?

your parcel should have left China. no need worry. parcel status will stuck at its last china location after it left china.
