Why is that on USPS: Label Created, not yet in system???

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT775853899CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.

How to contact seller? How to open dispute against fraud? I am new on this, I made the purchase on Shootingtoy.com

normally you should avoid buy from those website which has no address, no contact number , no email address and no buyer protection policy. These kind of websites are very risky.

I am not sure how did you make payment. If you paid with PayPal, this is the last chance you can get your money back from cheater, PayPal has buyer protection and you can call them to claim refund.
