CJ246571194US is in China Post Wuhan office. It seems to have some delivery problem. You should ask recipient call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.

You should call 11185 first, then they will tell you where to pickup the parcel.

ive tried that, all they tell me is that they will send me a note, and the not never comes

11185 is the only way you can get the parcel. If they don't help you, you can not get your parcel. Keep calling them, and try to find their supervisor.
