Hey everyone. I am wondering why my package hasn't arrived even though its been in China a week. When I track, it says "import customs scan" or "processed through a facility, currently in transit"-- depending on which site I track the package on. However, that was on October 18. No updates since. Is this normal? Is there something I need to do to have it delivered? Thanks a bunch!

your parcel should have delivery problem(customs duty unpaid or address is not deliverable).

You should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to sender's country.
