I was told my packages would take 7-14 days to arrive which is fine but it has been over 14 days and there is no update on the whereabouts of my packages can you help the tracking numbers are LN410388064CN and LY384809549CN there has been no update on these packages since 7-2.

USPS.com shows LN410388064CN has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 4:38 pm on July 12, 2018.

LY384809549CN result is same.

You will get them very soon.
