So quick background, I have been working with the same supplier for a little over 2 years now.

I notice their website disapeared off alibaba and my sales agent wasn't online for weeks. Finally she comes on and plays off like she is still working for the same company.

I go ahead and pay her, but was skeptical because the bank account information changed.

Later after I send her the money, I get an email from her old company on her old email saying "CiCi no longer works with Skyda, I am sorry and I hope you get your merchandise, we are not sure what she is doing."

Her profile claim she works for First Union which is an e cig factory according to my google search (I sell e cigs).

I sent the payment last Thursday, and I still have not recieved a tracking number via DHL. Its not that abnormal, its just the fact she keeps saying she'll provide me a tracking number since last Friday and I still don't have it.

She claims there are custom delays and problems, and I did some googling and that seems to be halfway true.

My shipment comes from China, and gets shipped from HongKong. My tracking always starts in HongKong. She says there are custom problems from China to HK.

my gut feeling tells me I just got burnt, but I am holding onto hope because I've never had anyone scam me and continue to message me back and stay in touch via email. She keeps assuring me we worked together for 2 years and she is honest, despite her completely lying about changing companies and pretending to still work for the first one until i called her out.

Any insight on anyone elses DHL shipments being delayed, i would like to hear them so I can confirm if she is lying or not.

I have no idea why she is so un transparent. I have felt this way multiple times, and it always comes through. I've probably generated $100k in revenue for her the past 2 years.
