Post Any updates on my parcel?

Hi All,

Maybe it's something not to worry about, but I had quite a few updates in a short amount of time, but since then, I have had NO updates since Friday night. Could anybody explain this for me please? Or can anybody do a bit of investigating to see where the parcel could be? Tracking number: RS136864139CN

2. Your parcel seems to be OK, it's On Route to UK. When it arrive in UK you can track it at the Royal mail site. You may want to read this for UK:

Thanks for the help.

One more question, what does 'Departure export customs SHENZHEN' mean? And from past experiences, what do you think will be the next step?

1. It means that the parcel has pass Security and Customs check for departure.

2. My personal estimate, your parcel should be in UK within a week, then the long process of UK Customs Office start.

Hello, I've still not received this parcel and the tracking hasn't updated either, can you have a look for me to see if you can find anything? RS136864139CN

Hello.

Thanks for the help. But it said 'Departure export customs SHENZHEN' on the 2nd September aswell, Then on 15th September, why did it say twice?

Do you think it could be in the UK but UK post have no registered it onto the tracking system?

So do you think the parcel could be in the UK already but hasn't been tracked?

1. For whatever reason the mail bag with your parcel did not find a place on the flight around the 2 Sep so it got in line to fly out of China on the 15 Sep.

2. I suspect that you parcel is probably in UK by now but Royal mail did not get to it to register the parcel into their system yet.

3. Just wait another week and if you don't see anything, contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and according to Royal Mail it's not in UK.

1. The only possible tracking for your parcel in China is this:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

2016-08-11 14:57:00.0 USA received

2. May I suggest you read this:

I shipped a parcel from USA to China, how can I know the delivery status?

3. Please also note that a parcel from USA to China can take up to 40 days for delivery. Sorry that we can not help you more then that.
