I bought from an AliExpress seller with great reviews. I didn’t get any information on tracking so I opened a dispute. Eventually the seller gets back to me and tells me that “we checked with the post office...the package may be lost by them.can I resend you the package as soon as possible??”
I said yes & asked for the new tracking number when they do and also- that it be here by April 11th. They just said “yes.ok” and I cancelled the dispute. They haven’t given me any updates in a day. It might be hasty to jump the gun at the moment but I am worried.
Any advice or personal experience?

This is the old tracking number of the package that got “lost”

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT391658328CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
