Post Always the same "current status"

Hi!
I've done an order on the 13th of january - my China Post tracking number is: RP163452115CN.
Since the 20th of January under "Current status" appears always the same phrase "Dongguan Transit Stationcenter export customs cleared".
Is it normal?
What should I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP163452115CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 20. its status will stuck at its last china location after it left china.

such airmail parcel is slow. Normally it will take 2 to 8 weeks to reach Italy.

you no need do anything, just wait some more time.
