Hello,

I ordered two items from the same seller on AliExpress. I can track it fine on the AliExpress website, but the number cannot be found anywhere else. Track-ChinaPost.com, track-chinapost.com...they all fail. Seller claims he used China Post Airmail. It's "In transit (shipped by air)" since August 14th. Target destination is Germany.

The tracking number format is HNxxxxxxxxAE. I cannot find any information about it on the internet.

Seller is "KZ Headphone Official Flagship Store" and he has a good reputation.

HNxxxxxxxxAE is not china post tracking number. your seller is not telling you truth. You can wait about 2 more weeks, if the parcel does not arrive, open dispute to aliexpress

It's probably a special courier, ask your seller where to track this number.
