Hi All ,
My package is still in transit last 42 days, do guys think is it possible? Where shall i look for further details?

LH086933850US arrived Beijing airport customs on Jan 13. You need ask receiver to call china post hotline 11185 , make customs clearance and pickup the parel.

Thanks for your assistance, but I'm in Turkey and package final destination is Turkey also , so my question is why it's stuck in Chinese custom?

And also 11185 is not answering, do you know any other number to call. Thanks a lot

If the receiver is not in China, then it will be a big problem. You can not call 11185 outside China, also 11185 can not speak English.

I believe USPS might have sent it to China by mistake. The parcel will be returned to USA.

Hi ,
I managed to speak with Hotline (0086 20 11185 than press 9 ) but they said speak with local post office maybe my package in Turkey, after that I called my post office they don't have any idea about shipment , even no record . Don't know what to do.
