Been 29 days in transit to IL, USA

No update.. what could be the reason?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY613813968CN shows the parcel is still in Guangzhou. Guangzhou has serious delay caused by bad weather. You might need wait some more days.
