But much more secure, like a dhl. Why china post lose so many packages?

1. How many times have you bought an article in China! How many times have those articles not deliver to you.

2. So far for me I bought at least close to 50 times from China, whether is was mail by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, Register Air Mail, E Packet and never did they loose one of my parcel.

3. There is a lot of thing that can happen with a parcel:
Falling off a conveyor belt at one of the sortation plants
Being mistakenly left in the bottom of a mailbag
Parcel rip open
Misplace parcel
Stolen
Seize by Customs and destroy

Oh, okay. I see. But where will my package finish?

Is EMS the same like a DHL? I mean which is faster. And if you can tell me ( or calculate ) estimated delivery time from Shangai to Croatia ( zip code 34000 ) for both of them.

3. Your parcel should have reach you by now, so I suspect your parcel is lost or misplace. I have suggest to you to ask for a refund because you have not receive your parcel.

4. That is it, I don't know anything else about your parcel.
